Elite Casting was originally co-founded in 1983 by Rosina Bucci, Vera Miller and Nadia Rona as a production company. These passionate and hard-working women, who originally met at an acting workshop, launched Les Masques, Montreal's first professional dinner-theatre which they successfully ran at the Hyatt Regency Hotel for the next three years.

When a film producer approached Elite to help with the casting of his film, the company's exciting shift into casting began and quickly rose to become one of the top and most respected casting agencies in Canada.

Elite has worked with such distinguished directors
as Tony Goldwyn, Frank Oz, David Mamet and Sir Richard Attenborough on such exciting and highly-regarded films as The Score, The Sum of All Fears, Grey Owl, A Walk on the Moon and
The Last Kiss.

From its humble beginnings in a small ground floor office in the historic Cooper Building Elite has since expanded to its present spacious location on the fifth floor, where casting takes place for film, television and commercial advertising.

Elite has developed a stellar reputation for finding the best talent out there for any given role, and especially for taking chances on the newest and brightest new talent yet to make their mark. The actors are always put at ease, enabling their best work to shine.
